Get to know me

Hello, my name is Sarah Jardine. I started this business shortly after giving birth to my first baby. I have my license in Prenatal and Postnatal fitness coaching. I currently have a bachelors in Physical Education and Coaching, I am a certified Pre & Postnatal Fitness Specialist, and I am a certified Health and Wellness Coach. I decided to start this business, because after giving birth to my son I realized that there are not enough resources readily available to help people prepare to give birth or recover. I wanted to learn these tools for myself and share them with others. In addition, this will give me more time at home to be with my son, which is my favorite thing to do. Now you know a bit about me, I can't wait to get to know you!

I am passionate about empowering mothers and ensuring their well-being during the prenatal and postnatal stages. My goal is to provide options for fitness, nutrition, and Mommy and Me activities. I look forward to having you join us for the journey.

Our Services

Prenatal
Our prenatal material is perfect for the expecting mother. From 0-9 months these materials will help you stay active and prepare to give birth through personalized workout plans and LITT training. 
Postnatal Bundle
The postnatal materials offers nurturing care for new moms. Get workouts that fit with your busy schedule. I focus on helping moms through core recovery, pelvic floor exercises,  and working towards returning to activities you enjoyed before pregnancy. 
Health and Wellness Coaching and Consultations
As a health coach I work with clients to help them create achievable SMART goals to make or adapt to lifestyle changes. In addition, I have consultations where we can meet and talk about health and wellness coaching, prenatal or postnatal workouts, or just talk about motherhood.

LIIT Workouts

What are LIIT Workouts? Why do I use them during the prenatal period?

LIIT workouts stand for Low Intensity Interval Training. In general LIIT training is used during the second and third trimester to prepare the client's body and the baby for birth. The workouts force the cardiorespiratory system to work harder, and then during the rest intervals the client has the opportunity to work on controlled breathing. I train my clients using this method  in order to mimic what the body goes through during labor. The workout places a stress on the body raising the mother and babys heartbeat, similar to contractions, the rest intervals are used to mimic the pause in between the contractions. When in labor the closer you get to giving birth the contractions become longer and more frequent, the LIIT workout plans that I give my clients are based off of this pattern.
